Materials science is an interdisciplinary field applying the properties of matter to various areas of science and engineering. This field investigates the relationship between the structure of materials at atomic or molecular scales and their macroscopic properties.

Silicon Wafers

We stock diameters from 1" to 300mm in all grades (Prime, Test, Monitor, Dummy). We specialize in hard-to-find specifications.

Standard Silicon

Undoped, Highly doped, Thick, and Partial Cassettes.

Super-Thin Silicon

25µm, 50µm, 75µm, 100µm thickness. DSP 1-10 ohm-cm.

Float Zone (FZ)

High purity, high resistivity silicon for specialized applications.

SOI (Silicon on Insulator)

Bonded and SIMOX available. Updated weekly.

Compound Semiconductors & Glass

Sapphire

Single Side (SSP) & Double Side (DSP) Polished. 2" Specials available.

Gallium Arsenide (GaAs)

3" and 4" Specials ($100 each). LED and RF applications.

GaN on Sapphire

Undoped, N-doped, and P-doped. Low defect density.

Germanium

2" Undoped, N, and P type available ($85.00 each).

We provide advanced deposition services on any wafer substrate.
